Our wine guide conveniently breaks down cider into it’s base elements so that you may have maximum control over the flavour of your wine. The main attributes that dictate the style and flavour of your wine are; Type of Fruit, Fruitiness, %ABV, Acid Type, Acid Intensity, Tannin, Oak Types & their intensity and the carbonation. Please refer to our Wine Chart for specific attributes for each of our 56 Cider Styles.
