If you have happened to buy one of our 20% Spirit kits then please find below a copy of the insructions on how to make it.

How to make our 20% Spirit Kit

  1. Empty contents into fermentation bin filled with approximately 21 liters of water at a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix thoroughly
  3. Sprinkle yest sachet on top of the brew
  4. Secure lid with airlock on fermentation bin and let ferment for 14-21 days at a temperature of 21-25 degrees Celsius.
  5. Rack (siphon) off into secondary fermentation leaving sediment behind.
  6. De-gass by stirring thoroughly for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add Stabalizer (sulfates optional) mix thoroughly and let sit for 1 hour.
  8. Add Finings A and mix thoroughly.
  9. Wait 30 Minutes, then mix finings B with 250 ml of Hot water allow to sit for 5 minutes then add to Wine and mix.
  10. Let the wine clear for 2-5 days then rack off to another bin leaving the sediment behind.
  11. Enjoy!

This is a simple headline

  • 2 x Fermentation Bins
  • 1 x Fermentation Bin lid with airlock
  • 1 x Siphon
  • 1 x Crown Capper
  • 40 x 500 ml Bottles and caps

Bottling Procedure:

  1. Prepare necessary amount of X amount of bottles.
  2. Move Home Brew carefully to bottling area
  3. Allow to settle for 15-20 minutes
  4. Attach Automatic Bottle filler to fermentation bin using bucket clip
  5. Place bottle filler in first bottle
  6. Make sure bottle filler is pushed down to the on position
  7. Suck on over flow pipe to start the siphon
  8. Place overflow pipe in empty bottle
  9. Fill up all the bottles
  10. Screw on all the caps by hand or using machine
